O2Relax Hot Tub Exhibition
In order to gain exposure and recognition for the benefits of hot
tubs and spas, O2
Relax is planning to hold their first exhibition this year. Spa’s
have been around for centuries and are very beneficial for healing
and relaxation of the body and mind, that many households are become
equipped with their own.
O2 Relax feels that it is important for anyone considering buying their
own hot tub or spa, need to know the right information before doing
so. Hot tubs have become diverse and complicated over recent years
making them difficult to know which one to buy. With the wide range
of hot tubs and spas on the market, it is important that you choose
the one that is right for you as well as understanding all of the benefits
and maintenance costs.
By holding the exhibition O2 Relax would like to show the public first hand the range of hot tubs and spas that they offer, as well as providing information about their differences and offering professional advice about their individual needs.
The public will be able to see some of the hot tubs in action as well as all of the optional extras, such as indoor/outdoor lighting and garden decking that will make your hot tub individual from the rest. There will also be the chance for local trade’s to offer their services. There will be outdoor landscaping experts offering a wide range of garden ideas for setting the perfect hot tub surround, hot tub installers will be able to offer costs of installation and electricians offering service’s including advice on lighting that will create the perfect ambiance for that personal hot tub experience.
If the exhibition goes ahead the venue will be at Worthing Stein Garden’s (dependent upon availability) and take place in June. At the moment we are seeking advertising from local business. We are also looking for local trade’s who would, for a small cost like to have their own stall at the exhibit to offer their services.
Planning and managing the event will be The Conference People. With many years of experience in event management they are well suited to find and negotiate the best value for the location. They will provide all of the services for the exhibition, including design and printing, audiovisual equipment and PA systems, logistics and travel arrangements for the transportation of the hot tubs and will oversee the event. This will ensure that the staff of O2 Relax will be able to concentrate their time to the public, in order to provide the best possible hot tub and spa exhibition.
